If you’ve found yourself at this site, I suspect you have a desire to live life a little deeper, a little brighter, and to really feel like the life you are living is authentically you.
I deeply believe in the importance of taking time to understand who we are and who we want to be. My role as your therapist is to help you through that discovery process so you can feel confident and empowered to navigate your daily life in a healthy way that stays true to yourself and your values. My role is to support you in this discovery. I will give you space in figuring out the questions you need to ask and walk with you as we discover those answers, finding the wonder and joy this life has to offer.
I support women in all walks of life.
If you’re a young person trying to navigate early adulthood, career choices, relationships and independence.
If you’re a woman trying to balance work and family life, have a relationship that feels secure and supportive, one where you are not afraid to be yourself.
If you’re a woman facing transitions; transitions with work, relationships or navigating friend and family obligations.
If you’re a woman who is grieving, who is feeling lost or just wanting to take the time and space to feel alive and excited about life again.
If you’re a woman who just feels like life feels a little mundane, a little murky or you are a little lost.
My door is open to all, wherever you are on your journey.
There can be joy in the process, there can be peace and excitement in the unknown, and there is connection along the journey, especially with yourself.
