I will work with you for as long as you need. Everyone’s circumstances are unique to them, and the length of time for therapy to help you accomplish your goals will depend on these circumstances.

A mental health professional can help you approach your situation in a new way by teaching you new skills, offering different perspectives, listening to you without judgment or expectations and helping you listen to yourself so that you can get to a place that feels clear and better to you.
