Rates

Individual Virtual Sessions: $120 for 55 minutes

10 Week Individual Program: $1100 (paid as a package in full)

Women’s Group: 12 weeks for $300

Insurance

At the moment, direct billing is not provided. As a Registered Social Worker and Therapist, the services I provide qualify as mental health services under most extended health coverage plans as well as an Income Tax Health deduction. Please check with your provider.

After each session, you will receive a detailed receipt upon payment for your session for you to submit to your Insurance provider.

Payment

I accept e-transfer along with all major credit cards as forms of payment. Payment is made on your client portal through the NousTalk platform.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 12 hours beforehand. There may be a cancellation fee depending on the circumstances.
