    The therapeutic relationship is the foundation of this process and because you are your own, unique self, I don’t believe that one approach works for everyone. Part of my role is to understand and tailor our sessions in a way that you find helpful and that matches the goals set out. Some women are looking to focus more on sharing their thoughts and processes, others enjoy a deeper focus on psychoeducation. I take an eclectic approach pulling from many different modalities while providing a safe and welcoming space. As a therapist, I value taking a strength-based approach that focuses on supporting a growth mindset. This will be the underlying foundation in how I provide support and work with you.

    I understand that typical therapy involves having ongoing sessions, whether that is weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. I also offer the option of having a time-limited, briefer period where we work together on specific skills, processes or goals you want to focus on.
